Reason 01
747 times a day
That's how often your real world location is sold to data brokers through ads on your phone. I hate surveillance capitalism.

So I invented a way to eliminate Google, Meta, and the phone company from my family's communications.
Reason 02
Corporate America stole my work. More than once.
Hundreds of millions of dollars of my intellectual property was taken by companies with better lawyers. That's why every file that leaves your vault is watermarked with your name.
If our agents find your work in the output of another corporation, we'll notify the scary lawyers for you.

Reason 03
AI needs decentralized alignment.
Just one psychopath can harm thousands of people using superhuman intelligence. A million AIs, each aligned to one ordinary person, is safer than one AI aligned to whoever's in charge.

Reason 04
No corporation would sell me the thing I wanted to buy.
All I wanted was an AI that prioritized me over it's corporate makers, and didn't train on my data. Wall Street never built it, because a fully-aligned AI can't be monetized twice. So I built the business I couldn't buy.
Reason 05
I programmed my own digital twin years ago.
Starting in 2023, I invested 5,500 hours to program a digital twin of myself that I trust more than every other person on Earth, including my own family. Then I uploaded it into the cloud to work for me. Today, my digital twins run my companies and foundation, interfacing with human teams and computer APIs.

Reason 06
We eat our own dogfood.
I received a computer science degree from Duke University in 2000. Invented "the accounting system for Verizon's mobile internet" when I was 24. Won a Chief Technology Officer of the year award in 2013. I have 10 cybersecurity patents. I pay elite hackers to attack me. Trust me, my network of nerds is better than yours.
We built DigitalMe to safely communicate with each other and our AI. So you are using the same tools we use to protect ourselves.

Reason 07
I'm never selling.
Trust is the new scarcity. And we should never trust corporations with fiduciary responsibility to shareholders. Investors aren't evil, but Wall Street incentives are.
That's why DigitalMe is a public benefit company, majority owned by my charity foundation. I wanna build a better future for everyone, not just rich people.

Reason 08
DigitalMe gives 51% of my money to unsheltered women and children.
